Şuheda YILMAZ 172051018 23.02.2018  HOW TO BE FIT Being fit includes being healthy,looking good and being in shape.It isn't easy as you think.You can be necessary to give up from what you like;for example as coke,chip or getting up from the game console etc.You shouldn't consume  oily foods.Instead of this,consume fruit and vegetables can be useful more.You should care your diet.While you are trying to be fit,exercise is a important factor.Regular exercise and diet helps to be fit.However being fit isn't being size zero or being well-built.It is a way to be healthy, escape problems of daily life and be protected against some effects of aging.Sometimes If you have health problems before you start to diet,do exercise to be fit,you should see a doctor.Otherwise ıt can make worse to you rather than being fit.If you aren't familiar,patient can be necessary for you.                             ...
